My Sweden list contains the total number of species that I have identified within Sweden since I started birdwatching in 1994. It's a cumulative list and grows very slowly, especially so since I seldom react to rarity reports. According to the Holarctic Birds list by the Swedish Taxonomic Committé, a total of 488 species have been recorded in Sweden (up to and including 2007), so I have still a lot of new ticks to look forward to....
Latest record (# 253, on 13 April 2009) in my Sweden list:
| Scientific | Aythya collaris |
| Swedish | Ringand |
| Dutch | Ringsnaveleend |
| English | Ring-necked Duck |
Have a look at my trip reports from Ammarnäs and Tänndalen.
